"Where Is My Order?"

The Procedure

When you place an order with us, via our website 'Shopping Basket', we will send you a confirmation email.

We will then pack your goods and send them out
via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 5 working days - although we are usually a lot quicker than that!

(We go as fast as we can, so please don't email us querying the despatch progress ... unless of course 5 working days have elapsed and you still haven't received a Despatch Confirmation email from us!)

As soon as we have shipped the goods we will send you an email confirming this.
The email will usually contain a Royal Mail 'tracking number'.

From this point your parcel is in the hands of the Royal Mail.


Tracking Your Parcel Within The Postal System

Have you received a Despatch Confirmation email from us?

If so, you will be able to trace the progress of your package in the Royal Mail system using the Tracking Number located in that email.

You can access the Royal Mail parcel tracking system via their web site at:  http://postcode.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track
(You will need to enter the Tracking Number from the email we sent you.)


Problems

IF
5 working days have elapsed and you still haven't received a Despatch Confirmation email from us
OR
if the Royal Mail loses or damages a parcel
THEN
 please let us know
