We do NOT yet export goods to non-UK destinations - sorry.
Our
contract with the credit card companies requires us to use a 'sign on
receipt' shipping service.
Accordingly we ship most goods via Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery.
Please note that we do NOT currently offer any Special Delivery or
similar over-night delivery option.
The
Procedure
When you place an order with us, via the 'Shopping Basket', we will
send you a confirmation email.
We will then pack your goods and send them out within 5 working days -
although we are usually a lot quicker than that!
(We go as fast as we can, so please don't email us querying the
despatch progress ... unless of course 5 working days have elapsed and
you still haven't received a Despatch Confirmation email from us!)
As soon as we have shipped the goods we will send you an email
confirming this.
The email will usually contain a Royal Mail 'tracking number'.
Someone at the delivery address will need to sign for the package on
delivery.
If nobody is at home then you will need to arrange with
the Royal Mail for
a re-delivery .
Tracking
Your Parcel
You will be able to trace the progress of the package in the Royal Mail
system by entering the package Tracking Number into the Royal Mail
web-based tracking system. Their web page to track packages is at: http://postcode.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track
If the Royal Mail loses or damages a parcel please let us know via
